Field Supervisor
I am the Field Supervisor for Eleos Family Services. My responsibilities and duties are administration, working with individuals and working with parent caretakers as well. I have over 10 years of experience in this field, I have worked one on one with individuals, I have worked in group homes and also in day programs.
"Putting the needs and interest of our individuals has become my number one priority."
My other responsibilities are working along with management to ensure not only that our individuals, parents and staff are first and foremost safe and receiving the care and services they need, and also for our staff and parent caretakers to be in compliance with the laws policies and procedures of both the State and Eleos Family Services company.
My Passion
I first became interested in this field for personal reasons. Someone very dear to me got very sick and I wanted to care for them, I got trained and certified, little did I know that I had found my passion. I absolutely love my job. Working in this field has taught me so much, the most important thing is that it has shown me what I stand for, it is an honor working with individuals with disabilities, getting to know their families and making honest, trustful relationships that will last forever.
My Time with Eleos
Working for Eleos Family Services has given me the opportunity to continue working in this field and to grow personally and professionally. Eleos has become my family, working together with management and staff has made me a better person working for a greater purpose. The values, trust and respect our team has is absolutely precious and unique. I am extremely happy to be part of Eleos Family Services, I hope to continue to learn and experience everything that Eleos Family Services has to offer, and continue to grow and inspire others.
