President & Executive Director
As President of Eleos Family Services lead and guide our strategic vision and oversee it's implementation. This includes communicating with our management team about expectations and setting and tracking goals for key operations.
As Executive Director I am responsible for overseeing and enforcing all policies mandated by Eleos Family Services, the state of New Jersey and the Division of Developmental Disabilities.

I have had the great opportunity over the last 14 years working in the field to hold manager, director, vice president positions, while gaining experience working with the At-Risk and Developmentally Disabled population.
As our leader I embrace and aim to align our company's mission, vision, core values and guiding principles with that of applicable regulations, guidance and laws. We fulfill this in creating an ethical and honest company culture to not only abide by the letter, but also in the spirit of the law. This is especially important in our daily operations as it guides our policy, processes and procedures,

My Goal
Based on our mission and vision, I aim to continue to build effective strategies, plans and setting goals that are shared throughout our company that ensure a thriving workplace that provides the best possible care to Individuals. While our vision is important, I invite everyone into owning the vision including staff, Individuals and partners. From this foundation, goals that guide the execution of our vision provide us clear and attainable path to progress.

I am personally privileged and blessed to lead and be inspired by such a great team of dedicated professionals and people, each fulfilling their role in our shared goal of providing excellent services with care, compassion, respect and honesty, as we come alongside each Individual we support towards reaching and achieving their personal goals.
